  • How long is the lease?

    We offer month-to-month leases.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We accept cash, check, and money orders for rent payments. We also accept payments from credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can pay with a credit card over the phone or online.


    Rent is only prorated during the first month. There is no security deposit.

  • Is the facility monitored?

    Our video cameras are recording 24/7. These cameras are not monitored 24/7, but the recordings are available.

  • What can I store?

    You can store most household belongings or business supplies in your unit.


    You may not store explosive, flammable, or illegal materials. You may not house animals in the unit, and you may not live in the unit.

  • What size are the doors?

    Our storage units vary in size and have different-sized doors ranging from 3'8" to 8'8" wide. All the doors are roll-up doors that coil out of the way when opened.

  • Are locks provided?

    No. Please provide your own lock for your unit. We have locks available to purchase. Disc locks are recommended for storage units.

  • Is insurance required?

    Insurance is not required but is recommended. We are not liable for your belongings. However, renters insurance can usually be purchased from the company that handles your homeowners insurance.

  • Can units be shared?

    Yes. If you want to share your unit, list your partners on the lease agreement. Friends, family members, and co-workers are all acceptable if they are listed on the agreement.


    You are liable for any damage caused to the facility by yourself or your guests.

  • I lost my key - what now?

    If you lose your key, we can help you get into the unit.

  • Are any discounts available?

    Yes. We have 10% discounts for new Active Military customers. And for all new and existing customers,
    including Active Military, if you pay in advance for six months, you get the seventh month for free. Also, if you pay in advance for twelve months, you get the thirteenth month for free.
